What is in the kit
- Register. Every clause, Annex A step and Annex B section, with the requirement in our words, the draft status, the evidence to hold, the common gaps, an owner, a due date and a status column.
- Evidence list. The artefacts an auditor is likely to ask for, by clause, so a clause owner knows what to produce.
- Dated plan. From the first month to the planning date and the audit after it, with the decision points named.
- Three formats. PDF for the file, CSV for any system, XLSX with one sheet per view.
After payment, Stripe returns you to a download page. Keep the link. If you lose it, email support@theartofservice.com with the address you paid with.

The specimen is a real page and a real CSV row from the kit, watermarked SPECIMEN. Open the specimen.
What it does not do
It does not write your system for you, it does not certify you and it does not reproduce the draft. It is a working register built from the same reviewed record as the free pages.

The plan at a glance
The kit opens with a dated plan. The decision points are the ones that cost money or time if they are missed.
| When | What happens | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Now | Confirm the scope and the certificate dates; enter the expiry and the next audit. | A scope that matches the certificate. |
| Month 1 | Read the record, mark the gap, start the four named additions. | A register with an owner on every row. |
| Month 2 | Map the clause numbers and the documents; agree the audit days and fee with the certification body. | A document list and a written quotation. |
| Month 3 | Run the internal audit against today and the draft readiness; book the transition with a sector-competent auditor. | Two findings sets and a booking confirmation. |
| Month 4 to 6 | Train the team, rebuild the evidence pack, hold the review and brief top management. | Competence records and review minutes. |
| Planning date | Confirm the published text, re-date the plan and replace the estimate with the transition rule. | A re-dated plan with the source cited. |
